served with sea salt butter toast and garnished with microgreens
Lobster remoulade (1 crab cake)
ENTREES
6 oz Prime Filet mignon
4 oz Alaskan King Crab, Shiitake Mushroom Demi Glace
Merlot Rosemary Demi Glace
Wrapped in prosciutto in a balsamic orange glaze
Served with asian green beans
Prime Selection 16 oz Ribeye – topped with a brandy cream sauce

Our Regular Menu will still be available throughout February 14–16.
The Surfbreak Menu will not be offered on these dates.
On February 14th, we will open at 4:00 PM and the Happy Hour Menu will not be available.
