Is parking available, and is the restaurant accessible?

Yes—validated parking is available at the Ilikai Marina (4 hours for $5), accessible via Hobron Street just past Red Lobster. Metered street parking is also an option. Chart House Waikiki offers wheelchair and stroller access via the parking garage entrance.
